HANOI - LAO CAI TRAINS

Victoria Deluxe Train

The Hanoi-Lao Cai trains ( Sapa trains) run every evening, departing from the Hanoi Train Station (120 Le Duan Street) at 9:30pm, arriving at Lao Cai the next morning around 6:00am. The return train departs Lao Cai at 18:45pm, arriving in Hanoi the following morning at 05:00am. we offer you a big veriety of Sapa train tickets:

TULICO EXPRESS TRAIN

+Deluxe class: (2-berth wooden cabin soft sleeper, with A/C): US$100 per person, return

+First class: (4-berth wooden cabin soft sleeper with A/C): US$80 per person, return 

 +Standard class: (4 berth cabin soft sleeper with A/C): US$60 per person, return

RATRACO TRAIN

The Ratraco Express Train is designed with soft 4 berths and two toilet at either ends features 4 soft berth in each cabin with individual reading lights, baggage storage and spacious trunk for suite case and hand luggage. The train provide also water and cold tower.

TSC EXPRESS TRAIN

The TSC Express Train is wooden carriage, soft sleeper A.C cabin with soft 4 berths and two toilet at either ends. Each berth is equipped with individual reading lights, baggage storage and spacious trunk for suite case and hand luggage. The train provide also water and cold tower.

       First class: (4-berth Wooden cabin, soft sleeper with A/C): US$70 per person, return

       Standard class: (4-berth soft sleeper with A/C): US$50 per person, return

                             +From Hanoi Railway Station: at 21:30 and arrive Laocai sation around 06.00am
                             +From Lao Cai Railway Station: at 20:20pm, arrive Hanoi sation around 05.30am

VICTORIA TRAIN

The Victoria Express offer more comfortable air-conditioned soft sleepers. The train offer is at its best in terms of comfort and services from Hanoi to Lao Cai and vice versa. The Victoria Express train offers two luxury sleeping carriages, one restaurant connected to the train, all with air-conditioning. Due to the increasing popularity of this alternative, they offer tickets to those staying at Victoria Sapa hotel only. As the seat on Victoria Express especially Deluxe cabin is limited, booking of your berth (and your hotel room) at least 30 days in advance is recommended...

HOW TO BOOK A TICKET

Simply inform us at the same time you send your request for hotel accommodations, or fill our booking form or email us at service@onlinetravelvietnam.com. 

As a Travel Service, we can obtain Victoria Express, TSC, Tulico, Ratraco, Friendly, King Express, Royal train tickets at special prices, therefore, our fares are cheaper than buying them directly at the train station.

LAOCAI-SAPA TRANSFER

Hanoi - Lao cai train stop at valley Lao cai, just 40 km from Sapa, so to reach Sapa you need to travel more 1 hour and a half by a public bus or private car. The bus stops at Sa Pa's main post office leaving you with a couple of minutes walk into town. From Sapa town it is about 5' or 15' walk to your hotel pending on which hotel you will stay. Ticket prices for a bus connecting to Sapa is $5 per person one way.

Private transfer: US$25 one way by car.
