Day 1: Ho Chi Minh Arrival (/LD)

Welcome at Tan Son Nhat airport, HochiminhCity. Transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon see the sights of old and new Saigon in the central ‘French quarter’, Ho Chi Minh Square, Municipal Theatre and Notre Dame Cathedral. Following a tour of the Reunification Palace (formerly the Presidential Palace) and War Remnants Museum you will drive to Cholon, the Chinatown district of the city and visit the huge Binh Tay market. 

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta (B/L)

Trip to My Tho, boat trip on Mekong river. Enjoy tropical fruits and fork music. Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda. Back to HCMC City. Free time. 

Day 3:  Ho Chi Minh - Hanoi (B/L)

Fly to Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital. Begin your Hanoi experience by visiting the Ho Chi Minh Quarter, discover historic Ba Dinh Square - site of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum ‘father of modern Vietnam’, Stilt House, One Pillar Pagoda, the infamous Hanoi Hilton and the peaceful Temple of Literature. Enjoy a water puppet show, a theatrical genre reflecting the agricultural civilization of thousands of years ago.  

Day 4:  Hanoi - Halong Bay (B/L/D)

This morning drive to Hon Gai, the gateway to Halong Bay. Spend an afternoon cruising Halong Bay, boasts over 3, 000 islands that rise out of the sea to provide a spectacular natural environment. O/N in Halong. 

Day 5: Halong Bay - Noi Bai Airport (B)

Transferred to Noi Bai Airport for departure.
